Important notice: By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge the collection, use, disclosure, and retention practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Vesper Productions LLC ("Vesper," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you access or use the Senior Week ticketing platform at seniorweek.co, create an account, join waitlists, purchase or attempt to purchase tickets, communicate with us, or attend events sold or promoted through the Platform. The Platform itself is solely owned and operated by Vesper Productions LLC. For certain events, Vesper may permit Jaiye Productions LLC ("Jaiye"), a separate business, to assist in limited marketing, guest-communication, or event-specific ticket-administration functions. Vesper provides digital ticketing, customer communications, and related administrative platform services for certain private 21+ events hosted and operated by separately owned and operated venues.

The Platform and related ticketing services are owned and operated solely by Vesper Productions LLC. Jaiye Productions LLC does not own the Platform, Vesper Productions LLC intellectual property, or the Senior Week customer database, and Jaiye is not an equity owner, partner, or joint venturer of Vesper by virtue of assisting with any event. Any separately undertaken venue contract, marketing arrangement, or other obligation of Jaiye is Jaiye's own responsibility unless Vesper expressly states otherwise in writing. The individual events themselves are hosted and operated by the separately owned and operated venues at which they take place, and those venues control on-site operations, including admission decisions, alcohol service, staffing, security, crowd management, capacity management, and compliance with applicable law. The Platform, Vesper Productions LLC, and Jaiye Productions LLC are not sponsored by, endorsed by, controlled by, or affiliated with any university, college, student government, alumni group, or other institution, except that specific events may occur at participating venues.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies beginning when you first create an account, submit personal information, or otherwise access the Platform, and it should be read together with the Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

  • Account and contact information, such as your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, login credentials, and account preferences.
  • Transaction, attendance, and platform activity information, such as event selections, ticket type, ticket quantity, order IDs, purchase timestamps, waitlist activity, proof-of-purchase records, ticket issuance records, ticket scan or check-in status, whether and when a ticket was scanned, receipt records, refund or credit determinations if any, dispute records, and limited payment metadata made available to us by our payment processor.
  • Communications data, such as the contents of messages you send to us, customer support records, SMS opt-in or opt-out status, email engagement records, and event-logistics communications.
  • Device, usage, login-session, cookie, and technical information that may be collected automatically through server logs and authentication/session technologies, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages or features accessed, clicks, timestamps, error logs, and session identifiers used to recognize and maintain your authenticated session. Our cookies are used primarily to remember logged-in authentication status for a limited period and to support core Platform functionality.
  • Event administration and verification information, such as guest-list status, identity verification outcomes where applicable, line or entry records, and records related to fraud prevention, security incidents, or rule violations.
  • User-generated content and submissions, such as survey responses, feedback, reviews, photographs you submit, or information you provide when entering promotions or contacting us.
  • Marketing audience and preference information, such as whether you have consented to receive promotional texts or emails, what events or categories may interest you, and whether you have unsubscribed from marketing communications.

3. Sources of Information

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically from your device or browser, from your use of the Platform and ticketing tools, from our service providers and payment partners, from fraud-prevention or security vendors used in connection with the Platform, and from other lawful sources connected with event administration or business operations.

4. Payments

Payment card processing is handled by Stripe or other designated payment service providers. We do not store full payment card numbers, CVC codes, or full card authentication data on our own systems. We may receive limited payment-related information, such as billing name, card brand, payment status, last four digits, payment tokens, dispute information, and transaction identifiers, to manage orders, reduce fraud, reconcile accounts, and comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide access to the Platform.
  • To process ticket purchases, waitlists, confirmations, receipts, proof-of-purchase records, ticket scans, check-in records, and event-related administrative functions, including limited coordination with host venues when reasonably necessary for admission, guest-list administration, and event operations.
  • To send transactional and service communications, including account verification, one-time codes, order confirmations, receipts, security notices, waitlist promotions, and event logistics.
  • To send marketing communications by email or SMS, where permitted by law and, where required, with the appropriate consent.
  • To detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, chargebacks, abuse, spam, identity misuse, unauthorized transfers, security incidents, and other harmful or illegal activity.
  • To manage guest lists, ticket validation, scan histories, check-in operations, capacity coordination, safety responses, and event administration, including sharing limited guest-list or check-in information with a host venue upon request when reasonably necessary for door operations, admission control, age-verification support, capacity management, security, safety, compliance, or related event administration.
  • To monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve the Platform, event offerings, communications, and user experience, including building internal analytics regarding demand, sales timing, clicks, ticketing trends, scan activity, attendance patterns, purchase behavior, and marketing performance for use by Vesper Productions LLC and, where strictly relevant to a specific event for which Jaiye is separately assisting, by Jaiye Productions LLC only for that event's marketing, guest administration, or related administrative needs.
  • To comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect rights and property, respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • To create aggregate, de-identified, or anonymized information that no longer identifies a particular person, which we may use for analytics, reporting, forecasting, and business planning to the extent permitted by law.

6. SMS, Email, and Marketing Communications

We may use your name, email address, and phone number to send event promotions, event announcements, reminders, waitlist notices, account notices, and logistics communications. Transactional or relationship messages may be sent when reasonably necessary to complete your order, administer your account, or communicate important information about an event or the Platform.

Marketing messages are governed by applicable law. Where required, we will request consent before sending promotional text messages using regulated methods. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message and may opt out of marketing texts by replying with the instructions provided in the text, such as STOP where applicable. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-marketing transactional messages related to your orders, account, tickets, waitlist status, legal notices, or security matters.

7. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information and do not disclose it to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We may disclose personal information only to limited categories of recipients as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Payment processors and financial-service providers, such as Stripe, in connection with payment processing, fraud review, disputes, and reconciliation.
  • Jaiye Productions LLC, but only if an event is specifically identified as involving Jaiye or if Jaiye is separately assisting with that event, and only to the extent reasonably necessary for event-specific marketing communications, guest-list administration, proof-of-purchase verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling, event analytics, or related administrative functions. Jaiye Productions LLC does not own the Platform, Vesper Productions LLC intellectual property, or the full Senior Week customer database by virtue of receiving such limited event-specific information.
  • Cloud, database, hosting, and technical infrastructure providers, including providers used to host account and order data, such as Neon database infrastructure.
  • We may disclose limited guest-list, ticket, purchaser, or check-in information to a host venue upon request when reasonably necessary for door operations, admission control, age-verification support, capacity management, security, safety, legal compliance, incident response, or related event administration. Except for those limited operational disclosures, we do not share your personal information with venues, unaffiliated advertisers, or other third parties for their own independent marketing or analytics purposes unless we specifically tell you otherwise at the time of collection or are legally required to do so.
  • Email, SMS, customer-support, fraud-prevention, and security vendors that process information on our behalf under appropriate contractual restrictions, to the extent used in connection with the Platform.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, lenders, accountants, and legal counsel, where reasonably necessary for business operations or claims management.
  • Government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, and other third parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, property, or legal compliance.
  • A buyer, investor, successor, or other relevant party in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, restructuring, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to maintain authenticated sessions, remember that you are logged in, protect account security, and support core Platform functionality. When you log in, our server may send a securely configured cookie containing a session identifier that your browser automatically sends back with subsequent requests so that we can recognize your authenticated session. These cookies may persist for a limited period, such as up to approximately thirty (30) days unless they expire sooner, are deleted, or re-verification is required. We may also use server-side logs and Platform activity data, including clicks and timestamps, to generate internal analytics regarding demand, sales, engagement, and marketing effectiveness for our operating LLCs. We do not use the session cookies described here to sell personal information or to enable third-party cross-site behavioral advertising.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to maintain accounts, provide services, document transactions, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and satisfy legal, regulatory, or reporting requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, aggregate it, or retain it in a form required by law or for legitimate business and legal purposes.

10. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures may include access controls, role-based permissions, encryption or tokenization where appropriate, vendor management, logging, monitoring, and other security practices appropriate to the nature of the information we hold.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet, mobile networks, or electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Data Breach Response

If we determine that a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice in the manner and time required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, notice may be provided by email, in-app notice, posting, or other legally permitted methods.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, you may have the ability to:

  • Access, correct, or update certain account information through the Platform or by contacting us.
  • Request deletion of personal information that we no longer need, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, and recordkeeping exceptions.
  • Opt out of marketing emails and marketing text messages.
  • Withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Request information about how we process your personal information, subject to lawful limitations and exemptions.
  • Appeal the denial of certain privacy requests where required by applicable law.

13. State-Specific Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law. We will process qualifying requests and provide required notices to the extent such laws apply to our processing activities. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

14. Children's Privacy and Age Restrictions

The Platform and the events sold through it are intended for persons age twenty-one (21) and older. The Platform is not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, maps, payment pages, ticket scanners, social media platforms, or venue resources. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by the policies and terms of those third parties.

16. International Use

The Platform is intended primarily for use in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

17. Do Not Track and Similar Signals

Because there is not yet a universally accepted standard for browser-based Do Not Track signals, the Platform may not respond to all such signals. To the extent required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals for processing activities covered by those laws.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on the Platform and updating the effective date. Changes will take effect on the posted effective date unless a later date is required by law. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
